Call for Artists!

The Lakeview Public Art Committee, in partnership with Special Service Area (SSA) 27 and Friends of Lakeview, is accepting qualifications from artists and curators interested in activating public spaces in West Lakeview with original works of art. Complete the application online here by February 11, 2022 using your Google account to be considered for the following temporary projects:

1.) Eight-piece installation on four double-sided art panels at Southport Plaza of the Low-Line (anticipated display period of 12-16 months)
2.) One-, two- or three-piece installation on one or two art panels at Ashland and Paulina Plazas of the Low-Line (anticipated display period of 12-16 months)
3.) Window activations in vacant storefronts (anticipated display period of 1-4 months)
