Cultivate ease with us starting April 3 for our Yoga Nidra series. We will begin with some gentle movement focused on relaxing the body, then tune into our Yoga Nidra with Reiki. Yoga Nidra is a Meditative Yoga practice focused on deep relaxation. You will be guided through a meditation that will allow your mind and body to rest. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, transitioning the mind and body to a meditative state. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement and rest.
