Do you have a stubborn habit you can’t seem to break, and you don’t know why? You’ve tried relying on willpower or discipline, but it has only gotten you so far. Or, it’s something that has been around for so long that it seems like it’s so ingrained and is just the way things are now, even though it drives you crazy.
In this session we can address habits such as:
* Eating when you aren’t hungry (e.g., snacking when stressed, bored, etc.)
* Biting or picking your nails
* Eating out more than you’d like to be
* Not cooking at home, even though your refrigerator is full
* Not exercising as much as you would like to
* A routine that is no longer serving you, but you can’t seem to change (e.g., mornings or after work)
* Inconsistency with personal hygiene (e.g., not brushing your teeth before bed, going to sleep with your makeup on, etc.)
* Anything else on your mind
What if, in just 90-minutes you could identify what’s been keeping you stuck? During this laser-focused session, we’ll work to identify what’s leading to this frustrating habit, get you unstuck and help move you in the right direction, no matter what you’ve tried before.
There will be no judgment based on where you are. There is likely a good reason this habit keeps popping up (and one you may not expect).
