The Chicago Department of Family and Support Services is hosting flu and COVID vaccine clinics at senior centers throughout the city in September. COVID booster shots are available. Please wear a face covering and bring your health insurance card. Seniors without insurance may still receive a flu shot or COVID vaccine/booster at no cost.
