16th Annual NCNA Garden Walk

  • Alexander Graham Bell School Chicago, IL, 60618 United States (map)

The 16th annual self-guided walking tour of North Center gardens and outdoor spaces, organized by the North Center Neighbors Association, will feature 50 homes in addition to live music from local bands and musicians and lemonade stands operated by kids from the neighborhood. The self-guided tour will begin at the North Center Town Square, 4100 N. Damen Ave., and Alexander Graham Bell School, Grace Street at Oakley Avenue, where maps of the participating gardens can be picked up. Back by popular demand will be a trolley, sponsored by @properties, that will pick up and drop off visitors at designated locations throughout North Center, making it easier to see more gardens. There is a suggested donation of $5. Seniors are free! CASH IS PREFERRED! A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Common Pantry. We are looking for volunteers to help us on the day of the Garden Walk, we have several shifts available. It's a short time commitment with great rewards.
