How often do you start planning your next meal while you’re eating one?

Even after you finish the food and are full, you’re filled with anxiety that you might get hungry when you’re out and about.

You unproductively think about food A LOT. You’re exhausted by it, and feel controlled by it.

You daydream about the day you can focus on other things that are more important because freeing up some of your brain space would allow you to accomplish so much more in a day.

There is a way to get freedom from constantly thinking about food!

Relief comes from getting to the bottom of why you lose your willpower. SPOILER: It’s not really about lacking discipline!! You already have some great habits that are helping you work towards your goals. You start many days with good intentions and have a plan. You’re even able to string a couple of “good” days together and have likely had success with a way of eating for a while. You know you can maintain your discipline for a certain period of time, but why are you able to keep it going for a while but not for the long-term?

That’s because something keeps taking you off track and I’m going to share what it is so you can finally break the cycle!

During this two-part webinar series, you’ll learn two main reasons you self-sabotage and are preoccupied with food. This one-week experience will start your path to changing your relationship with food for good.

Session 1:

You’ll gain clarity around your “makes no sense” eating and the common triggers that lead to falling off track. There are four triggers that trip off an unconscious cycle of self-sabotage and eating out of alignment with your goals. We’ll unpack what the triggers are and bring awareness and clarity to which ones lead you to think about food or stress about your body.

You’ll also receive a powerful homework assignment to complete before session 2 that will connect your mental food gymnastics with your triggers.

Session 2:

You finish dinner and it’s finally time to relax, so you grab a bag of chips, plop on the couch and turn on Netflix. Before you know it, half of the bag of chips is gone. You might have been feeling stressed, happy, sad or bored, which are common emotions you feel when you eat. Those are the emotions you're feeling on the surface, but there's more to the story!

During this session you'll learn three key responses that influence how we think, feel and act (or not). I will share how these responses influence unaligned eating choices in the moment and how this life pattern depletes you as the day goes on.

These webinars are free to attend but registration is required. Recordings will be provided if you're not able to attend live.
