Bess Goodfellow is a Principal at HPA, where she leads deals internally and supports portfolio companies post-investment. Bess also manages HPA's sourcing pipeline. Before joining HPA, Bess was a research analyst at the Knowledge Lab, where she applied machine learning models to understand how scientific knowledge is created. Bess earned a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Chicago.
