Export Food & Beverage to China - Webinar

As the world’s largest food importer and consumer, China’s net demand for imported food and beverage products continues to increase. This webinar presents marketing opportunities for F&B exporters, including ecommerce strategy and export regulatory compliance.

In 2019, China’s food imports reached $90.8B, showing a year-on-year growth of 23.4%. Seafood, meat, and dairy products were the three most popular food segments among Chinese consumers and together accounted for about 46% of the total imported food. One opportunity we’ll cover is the popularity of live streaming and its relationship with e-commerce. China’s eCommerce sales in 2021 is expected to be 52% of total retail sales, making it the first country in the world to have more online sales than traditional retail sales.
