The Lakeview and Roscoe Village chambers of commerce have completed our merger. Effective January 1, 2021, the combined organization is now serving Lakeview and Roscoe Village, uniting both communities behind a common chamber of commerce. You can learn more about our recent announcement here.

Over the next few weeks, community members will notice additional changes as we continue to transition our operations, formally adopting a new name for our organization that reflects our expanded service area and launching a new website with combined member capabilities. We plan on accomplishing these changes in the first quarter of 2021.

What is the name of the combined chamber of commerce?

The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce has merged with the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and is becoming the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce (LRVCC). We are in the process of registering our name change with the State of Illinois and other parties and expect this process to be completed in the coming weeks. Until then, some of our marketing materials and other assets may continue to refer to the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce and the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce. The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce is the designated chamber of commerce serving both Lakeview and Roscoe Village.

What is the service area of the chamber?

We serve the area bounded by the Chicago River on the west and Racine Ave. on the east. West of Ravenswood Ave., our service area extends from Diversey Pkwy. on the south to Addison St. on the north. East of Ravenswood Ave., our service area extends from Diversey Pkwy. on the south to Irving Park Rd. on the north. View a map of our service area here.

The boundaries of Lakeview Special Service Area (SSA) 27 have not changed. View a map of SSA 27 here.

How do I join the chamber?

Members of the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce are now members of the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, which is becoming the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce (LRVCC). We are in the process of launching a new website and combined member portal that will offer new functionality and visibility. Until then, businesses from Lakeview and Roscoe Village can join the chamber at www.lakeviewchamber.com/join.

Renewing members will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay their membership fees ahead of their renewal date. We’ll honor existing member pricing for all current Lakeview and Roscoe Village chamber of commerce members through the end of 2021, so members can continue to pay the same price they’ve come to expect while receiving enhanced member benefits and more personalized attention.
