SBAC Special Event: Cook County Assessor Candidate Forum June 9th via Zoom
Join the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Advocacy Council for a Cook County Assessor’s race candidate forum!
We will be joined by Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi, Commissioner Kari Steele and Nico Tsatsoulis. The candidates will talk about their views on stability, fairness, equity, and transparency as it pertains to the Cook County property tax system. We will also discuss the candidates’ views on reforms needed to improve the property tax system.
Property taxes are a crucial issue for small businesses, property owners and commercial corridors throughout Cook County.
This forum will be moderated by SBAC President Elliot Richardson. We hope you can join us for this important candidate forum!
