The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, along with Chicago State University and Chicago Urban League, has launched the first of its kind Statewide Black Business Survey.

They would like to hear directly from business owners to better understand the needs of the Black business community so that they can develop tangible solutions that support growth and economic vitality.
