Give us a small backstory of how your business started.

We are entrepreneurs ourselves, and love the idea of supporting other entrepreneurs! Beauty professionals are empowered now with so many apps and social media platforms that they are able to start their own business and leave traditional salons. Leasing a suite at Metro Salon Suites gives beauty professionals all they need to run their own business (furniture, equipment, utilities, free laundry, WiFi, etc.).

What are some of your favorite moments of running your business?

I love supporting our brave stylists live their dreams of starting their own business and being their own boss. It is fun being a part of that energy, excitement and creativity. I see a lot of smiles!

What is one thing that many people may not know about you or your business?

I also own Bloomfield Development and Bloomfield Design. We have been building luxury homes throughout Chicago and the suburbs for nearly 20 years.

Do you have any hobbies that you do outside of running your business?

I love to golf and spend a lot of time with my family. I’m the Dad who always coaches their kid’s teams. We also just got a puppy!

What are some businesses you love in Lakeview or Roscoe Village?

Our development office is right across the street from Heritage Bikes & Coffee and I love that place! Papacito’s has the best Mexican food. Home Carpet One is my go-to supplier for carpet, tile and wood flooring. And I have been going to Golden Apple for over 20 years.

What are the best ways people can support your business right now?
